All ages, active, beginner, passive students are welcome. 25 active students are allowed.


Everything you need in order to start develop, enhance and master your career in conducting, available now, at the Bucharest Conducting Academy Masterclass.

NEW: With your success on the podium, you have the best chance to win prizes and concerts. And this year, we will add a Masterclass Gala Concert at Sala Gloria prior to the competition to offer masterclass participants to also have a public podium performance. The orchestra selects the best conductors on a vote. So take the challenge and perfect your podium performance in Bucharest!

The orchestra selects the best conductors on a vote. So take the challenge and perfect your podium performance in Bucharest!

The concert is free for attending, open to all music lovers.

For attendees of the Masterclass, the arrival day is July 10. The general meeting starts at 07:00 pm for all competitors and consists of the welcoming ceremony and information about competition plus the draw of lots.

Location


Sala Gloria – Strada Bucovina 6, București, Sector 3, Romania. The hall is located in near the Titan Park.

Masterclass Repertoire


The Masterclass will be held in English/French.

The participants must provide their own scores.

Schedule


Welcome Ceremony, July 10, 7pm at Sala Gloria

Daily schedule: July 10-15
Each student will conduct 4 times the orchestra during the Masterclass and 4 times, the string quartet.

The number of the students will be 25.

Sorry, phones are not allowed in the session and neither spouse/friends. Students are not allowed to film the Masterclass sessions, either by phone or by any video / audio recording equipment. A official copy of your performance sessions can be available for 50EUR, payable in Bucharest.
