This form is securely collecting email addresses and the information submitted for solely purpose to operate the reservation of your seat and access to the Masterclass and Competition and in order to inform and update you related to your participation as a student / competitor. Information is processed in the EU. We will never share, sell or rent your private information that is being sent throughout this form. It is our honor and promise.

One artist photo in high-resolution – 1000px x 1000px – JPG/PNG format
Proof of €50 Application Fee payment – PDF format (one fee covers both Masterclass & Competition if applicable).

Video Submission

Please provide a link to a video demonstrating your conducting skills during a rehearsal or live performance. The recording must show you conducting an orchestra, piano, trio, string quartet, or larger chamber ensemble. While a live performance is not mandatory, the recording must be unedited. Submit your performance video as either a public or unlisted YouTube video.

Seat package and proof of payment

One Application Fee covers both Masterclass & Competition if applicable

Events application, further payable upon acceptance after submitting the Application Form and receiving the invitation letter via email.

€1250 – Masterclass – Active Student

€550 – Masterclass – Passive Student

€500 – Competition only

I need an affidavit that certify my participation for applying to be issued the Romanian visa. I will send the details via email, such as: Name, Nationality, Passport no., details about the Institution that request, other relevant detail.

Consent & agreements

I agree to the processing of my personal data solely for the purpose of my application to the Masterclass and Competition. I understand that I can withdraw my consent at any time and that my information will be handled in accordance with GDPR regulations.

I have read and accepted the rules and requirements and hereby apply for a seat in the Bucharest Masterclass and/or Competition organized by the Bucharest Conducting Academy and Bucharest Symphony Orchestra. I understand that my participation will be determined by the Jury based on the video recording submitted with my application. If accepted, I will pay the full package fee via bank transfer upon receiving the Jury’s decision by email (please check all mail folders).

I agree and consent that my name, CV, video and photo materials to be processed by our staff, the professors, the jury members and for being published in the printed brochure, official website and social media of the Bucharest Conducting Academy and Bucharest Symphony Orchestra and press partners.
